General:

These terms and conditions apply to the 'Dream Village 2023' competition developed and implemented by TicketSwap International B.V. located at Rokin 75, 1012 KL in Amsterdam. The promotion is carried out on behalf of The Zoo Events BV, located at Boonsweg 10, 3274 LH Heinenoord, Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as Dream Village.

How to Participate:

To enter, you must have a verified TicketSwap user account and an admission ticket for Dream Village 2023. Only the person who originally purchased the ticket is eligible to participate. Duplicate tickets will not be accepted. Each TicketSwap user can join the competition once, even if they possess multiple tickets. Participation is free, and by importing your admission ticket into the TicketSwap app, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of this competition.

Competition Period:

The campaign will run from August 20, 2023, to September 8, 2023. You can find the campaign on TicketSwap's social media accounts and it will also be shared on Dream Village's social media channels.

Prize and Winners:

By participating, you'll automatically receive fast-lane access and a complimentary drink at Dream Village 2023. Plus, you'll have a chance to win 4 Gold VIP upgrades for the festival. The winner will be chosen and announced on September 8, 2023. TicketSwap will notify the winner via Direct Messages on TicketSwap's Instagram. There will be one lucky winner who will receive 4 Gold VIP upgrades for Dream Village 2023.

By taking part in the competition, you grant permission for the processing of your personal data related to your participation. This data will be used for running the competition and awarding prizes.
